Transaction Errors & Troubleshooting
Note: PayStream is still in beta, and our team is actively working on improvements. As a result, you may encounter errors in scenarios that haven't been fully tested yet. If you experience any issues, please let us know so we can address them.
Common Payment Errors & How to Fix Them
If you encounter an error while making a payment, try the following steps:
Check Form Inputs: Ensure all required fields are correctly filled out, including the recipient's address and the amount.
Verify the Receiver's Address: The recipient's wallet address must be a valid Solana address. Double-check for typos or missing characters.
Wallet Network Issues:
If you switch your wallet (e.g., from Devnet to Mainnet or vice versa) while configuring the form, you may encounter errors.
To fix this, make sure your wallet (Phantom, Solflare, or any other Solana wallet) is set to the correct network.
If needed, disconnect and reconnect your wallet to refresh the connection.
Reload the App: After verifying your inputs and network settings, refresh the application and try again.
